Mayor Edwin M. Lee today announced the wrap up of construction of the City’s new Navigation Center, a pioneering approach to help homeless people reconnect with loved ones at home, move off the streets and into stable housing or residential treatment programs and get access to the services they need to stabilize their lives.

The California Housing Finance Agency (CalHFA) and the Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) announced today that the state will receive nearly $12 million in additional funding from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to continue California's Section 811 Project Rental Assistance program.
