Man Charged with Sucker-Punching Homeless Victim at Hollywood Metro Station

A 32-year-old man was charged today with assaulting a transient at a Metro station in Hollywood, the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office announced. James Anthony Hanson (dob 1/27/84) of Culver City faces one felony count of assault by means of force likely to produce great bodily injury with an allegation that he inflicted great bodily injury on the victim.
