Lee & Associates West L.A. Transacts Sale of Google Building
Torrance, CA – August 8, 2011 – (RealEstateRama) — The West Los Angeles office of Lee & Associates, the nation’s largest broker-owned commercial brokerage firm, represented both the buyer and seller of the Google building, an iconic, 45,000-square-foot structure in Santa Monica, Calif., currently occupied by the Internet search engine giant. The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
Lee & Associates West Los Angeles’ David Wilson represented buyer Hudson Pacific Properties while Andrew Wilson represented seller Noncom Properties.
Designed by AC Martin, the circa-1950 building located at 604 Arizona Ave., is currently 100-percent leased by Google. Lee West Los Angeles will retain the leasing services for the new owner.
