Lee & Associates Negotiates Lease for C&D Zodiac Aerospace Facility


Torrance, CA – September 19, 2012 – (RealEstateRama) — Lee & Associates, one of the largest broker-owned commercial real estate firms in the country, has negotiated the 85,773-square-foot long-term industrial lease at 11240 Warland Drive in Cypress, Calif. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Frank Adler and Jeff Hirsch of Lee & Associates Newport Beach represented the lessee C&D Zodiac, Inc., an aerospace products manufacturer. The Klabin Company represented the lessor Warland Investments Company. Zodiac’s aircraft division will be expanding into the facility with over 250 employees.
