Torrance, CA - November 8, 2013 - (RealEstateRama) -- Lee & Associates, one of the largest broker-owned commercial real estate firms in the country, has completed an 11-year, $6.5 million office lease with American Honda Finance Corp. (AHFC), which will be approximately 26,000 square feet located on the ground floor at 10801 Walker St., in Cypress, Calif. Jeff Coburn and Shaun McCullough, principals of Lee’s Long Beach office, represented the Landlord, Buzz Oates, LLC, while AHFC, a consumer finance component for the Honda Motor Co., was represented by Timothy Vaughan of CBRE.
