Lee & Associates Completes $6.5 Million Office Lease in Cypress

Torrance, CA – November 8, 2013 – (RealEstateRama) — Lee & Associates, one of the largest broker-owned commercial real estate firms in the country, has completed an 11-year, $6.5 million office lease with American Honda Finance Corp. (AHFC), which will be approximately 26,000 square feet located on the ground floor at 10801 Walker St., in Cypress, Calif. The property is in the heart of four major freeways, which include 605, 405, 91 and 22.
