The agenda for the event consisted of two keynote speakers, starting out with self-help author Brian Tracy, who presented “Perform at Your Best” offering practical tips on time management and goal orientation. Lifestyle and Exercise Expert Joe Dillon presented “Producing Peak Performance” on Day 2.
