The conference will take place on June 5 and 6 at the Omni Los Angeles Hotel at California Plaza. Paul Earnhart has been selected to moderate the panel, “Dissecting the Current Industrial Development Cycle,” which will cover the economics of the current industrial development cycle, including current building specifications, the cost of construction and return expectations and how the industry is adapting to Internet retailers’ needs.
