Lee & Associates Named Exclusive Reps for New Santa Monica Mixed-Use Project
Torrance, CA – October 15, 2012 – (RealEstateRama) — Christine Deschaine of Lee & Associates LA North/Ventura Inc., one of the largest broker-owned and full-service commercial real estate firms in the country, has been named the exclusive leasing representative of the 10,500 square feet of retail space at to The Gibson, a new mixed-use apartment development in Santa Monica, Calif.

Consisting of two adjacent five-story buildings, the 106-unit upscale apartment development will offer 142 structured parking spots, bike storage, a fitness center, a business center and an outdoor pool.
The owner, a joint venture between Century West Partners and Cigna, broke ground on the project in September. Construction is scheduled to be completed by 2013.
