Lee & Associates Closes a $3.3 million Office Sale in Glendora
ONTARIO, CA – April 12, 2013 – (RealEstateRama) — Lee & Associates, one of the largest broker-owned commercial real estate firms in the country, closed a $3.3 million investment sale of a 22,500 square foot office building at 2001 E. Financial Way in Glendora, California.
The Walton Associated Company sold the office building to Glenridge Partners, LLC both parties were represented by Todd Launchbaugh of Lee’s Ontario office. The two story office Class A building has 22,500 square feet, was built in 1990 and is situated on approximately 1.19 acres. The major tenant will be CDS Insurance Services who will be moving their business from San Dimas to the building.
Todd Launchbaugh stated that, “I have been working with the Walton companies for over 20 years. When they indicated that they may sell the building, we knew that Glendridge would be the perfect buyer that would respect the quality construction and the location of this trophy building. The two parties reached an amicable deal very quickly and we were able to provide a business solution that satisfied all parties.”
The office building is located at 2001 E. Financial Way in Glendora, facing Route 66 and just north of the 210 Freeway, east of Lone Hill Avenue and South of the Glendora Country Club. Nearby tenants include: National Hot Rod Association, LoopNet Inc, Grace Communion International, and Goodwill
