Lee & Associates Closes $7.8 Million Sale of Roscoe Business Centre
Torrance, CA – March 7, 2012 – (RealEstateRama) — Lee & Associates’ Investment Services Group (ISG), in conjunction with Lee & Associates’ L.A. North office, has completed the $7.8 million sale of the Roscoe Business Centre, a 92,397-square-foot industrial park located at 8130, 8200 and 8220 Remmet Ave. in Canoga Park, Calif.
Edward Indvik, of ISG, joined with Lee L.A. North’s Randy Kobata and Mike Tingus in brokering the transaction, which took a short four months to complete. The names and buyers of the property are not available.
“Our client wanted to close this deal as soon as possible, and we were able to accomplish this with teamwork from both offices,” said Indvik, vice chairman of ISG and CEO of Lee & Associates. “Since the time it went on the market in October, we were able to successfully close the deal in February.”
Indvik’s comments were echoed by Tingus, president of Lee & Associates L.A. North/Ventura.
