Michael E. Arens Joins Lee & Associates Ontario Office
Torrance, CA – March 12, 2012 – (RealEstateRama) — Lee & Associates, one of the nation’s leading commercial real estate providers, has hired Michael E. Arens as an associate to the Ontario office. With a diverse business background, the former sales associate with Grubb & Ellis will concentrate on foreclosures, note sales and other distressed assets throughout the Inland Empire.

Arens, who started his real estate career in 2004 with Grubb & Ellis, did not begin his professional life in the industrial real estate market. Prior to his work in the industry, Arens excelled as a recruiter and staffing specialist for a multitude of businesses, including Telecore, Quest Software, Inc. and Parsons Corporation, where he was responsible for filling engineering positions for the Iraqi Task Force. He also worked as a property claims adjuster for Dennis Ruby & Associates, Inc. At Grub & Ellis, Arens primarily focused on ground-up development and land sale representation. In his eight years as a sales associate there, Arens has acquired a specialization in owner representation in the sale and lease of industrial properties throughout the Inland Empire and Southern California.
