Jason LeMone Joins Charles Dunn Company San Francisco as Regional Vice President
Torrance, CA – November 4, 2010 – (RealEstateRama) — Charles Dunn Company is pleased to announce that Jason LeMone has joined the company’s San Francisco office as regional vice president of the Northern California Real Estate Management Services Division.

LeMone has over 10 years of real estate experience and in-depth knowledge of every type and class of property. He worked with local, national and international clientele and gained exposure to all facets of property ownership from both the institutional and private investor perspectives.
In his new position, LeMone is responsible for the supervision of the company’s management services for commercial, industrial, retail and residential properties in the Northern California portfolio, and coordinates property management, leasing, tenant improvements, administrative, accounting and engineering with the portfolio managers he supervises.

Prior to joining Charles Dunn, LeMone was the vice president of asset management & management services for Madison Marquette. He oversaw management services for over 2 million square feet of various property types, most notably the Bay Street shopping center in Emeryville, Calif. where he was also the designated asset manager.
LeMone holds a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Phoenix and a bachelor’s degree in German language and literature.
