Centrally located near two major freeways and the Fashion Valley Mall, the new 7,960-square-foot office features an open floor plan and collaborative space that is conducive to productivity.
Housing 95 sales agents, the new office is located in a multi-building campus around a park-like setting at 123 Camino De La Reina adjacent to Highway 163 and the I-8 freeway. The company’s escrow and title companies are also located in the same building.
“Our goal for this office was to create a high level of positive energy that is welcoming to our agents and clients,” said branch manager Liz Piccolomini, who was instrumental in the move for her agents. “With our open floor plan and collaborative environment, our agents are learning more from each other than they did before and agent productivity is certainly increasing.”
Passionate about coaching, Piccolomini utilizes her 25 years of experience in sales and management to provide leadership and training to her agents and staff.
