Torrance, CA – May 31, 2012 – (RealEstateRama) — Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage has announced the sale of the first oceanfront and highest priced home to sell in La Jolla this year at $5.45 million, according to the San Diego Multiple Listing Service (MLS).
