Coldwell Banker Awards San Diego Couple $20,000 In Client Appreciation Giveaway

David and his wife, Jane, had entered the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage $20,000 client appreciation cash giveaway sweepstakes at the encouragement of their agent, Marty Price, in Coldwell Banker’s La Mesa office earlier this year. Then, they won.
Thousands of residents throughout Southern California participated in the sweepstakes event, which was launched this Summer in honor of Coldwell Banker’s 106th birthday, and as a way of thanking clients for making Coldwell Banker the No. 1 real estate brokerage firm in California.
Price, who facilitated the sale of the Catos’ La Mesa home last year, said they were shocked but ecstatic with the news. It was a call she was thrilled to make.
