VOIT REAL ESTATE SERVICES EXPANDS SACRAMENTO OFFICE WITH TWO NEW PROFESSIONALS
Jon Walker and Tom Bacci join Voit from Grubb & Ellis.
Sacramento, CA – April 4, 2012 – (RealEstateRama) — Voit Real Estate Services’ Sacramento office has announced the addition of two new brokers, Jon Walker and Tom Bacci. Each of the new commercial real estate professionals has nearly two decades of experience specializing in office leasing and sales, according to Kevin Sheehan, Managing Director of Voit’s Sacramento office.
“Voit is actively recruiting the finest brokers in both Northern California and Reno,” said Sheehan. “Our team was recently recognized for top honors in the greater Sacramento market. The addition of Jon and Tom further establishes our growing strength here and the major impact we are going to have moving forward.”
These new hires are part of Voit’s ongoing initiative to increase the size and quality of its brokerage, according to Sheehan.

Jon Walker, who has been recognized as one of the top office brokers in the Roseville/Sacramento region over the past 17 years, joins Voit as a Senior Vice President. Prior to joining Voit, Walker spent 17 years with Grubb & Ellis, where he specialized in leasing and selling of office properties in both the Sacramento and South Placer markets. During his time at Grubb & Ellis, Walker completed more than 5 million square feet in transactions, with a value in excess of $700 million.
Throughout his career, Walker has earned a number of awards honoring his achievements in the commercial real estate industry, including being named the Grubb & Ellis Top Broker for the entire Sacramento Region in 2010, along with several Circle of Excellence and Co-star Power Broker awards. He has also been quoted or featured in numerous industry publications.
Walker holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Real Estate Finance from the California State University, Sacramento. He is a member of the Association of Commercial Real Estate (ACRE) and holds a CA Broker’s License.
Tom Bacci joins Voit as a Senior Vice President. Prior to joining Voit, Bacci served as a Senior Vice President at Grubb & Ellis, where he specialized in the office market for more than 20 years. He has successfully directed numerous transactions on behalf of many major companies throughout Northern California specializing in the Sacramento/South Placer County Region.
During his tenure with Grubb & Ellis, Bacci completed a plethora of transactions, propelling him into the top ten at his prior company for last 16 years.
Bacci holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Oregon State University. He is a member of the Association of Commercial Real Estate (ACRE).
