San Diego, CA - June 11, 2012 - (RealEstateRama) -- Voit Real Estate Services’ San Diego office has successfully directed the $5.6 million sale of a 31,421 square-foot office building located at 9980 Carroll Canyon Road in San Diego, Calif., on behalf of the seller. Orange County, CA - May 10, 2012 - (RealEstateRama) -- Mitch Zehner and Seth Davenport of Voit Real Estate Services’ Anaheim office have completed the new, 60-month, $1.6 million lease of a 62,650 square-foot industrial warehouse at 450 Delta Ave. in Brea, Calif. on behalf of the lessor.
