Vincentia Davis of Keystone Pacific Property Management Earns Top Industry Professional Designation

Irvine, CA – May 3, 2012 – (RealEstateRama) — Keystone Pacific Property Management, a leading community association management company providing management services to community associations throughout Southern California, is proud to announce that Vincentia (Vinnie) Davis has earned the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM®) designation through the Community Associations Institute (CAI).

The PCAM designation is the highest professional designation available nationwide to managers who specialize in community association management. Experienced managers who want to demonstrate advanced skills and knowledge and who wish to be recognized as one of the best and most experienced managers in the nation are encouraged to obtain this prestigious designation. To earn the PCAM designation, managers are required to have at least five years of direct community association management experience, complete a case study, and a series of classes, and must also obtain the AMS (Association Management Specialist) designation and CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) designation. Only a small number of managers achieve this designation each year.

“Vinnie has worked very hard to achieve the highest management designation in the community association industry”, said Denise Bergstrom, vice president of association management of Keystone Pacific Property Management. “We are very proud of her accomplishments and her commitment to continuing education and her professional development.”

Davis joined Keystone Pacific Property Management in 2006 as the general manager for CZ Master Association, a master-planned community located in Coto de Caza, California. Davis oversees and trains an on-site team consisting of an account executive, compliance coordinator, architectural coordinator, assistant landscape coordinator, and associate community association manager.

Davis has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Towson University in Baltimore, Maryland and has obtained the Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM®) designation through the California Association of Community Managers.
