Keystone Pacific Property Management Welcomes Three New Community Association Managers to Its Team

WASHINGTON, D.C. – May 31, 2012 – (RealEstateRama) — Keystone Pacific Property Management, a leading community association management company providing management services to community associations throughout Southern California, welcomes three new community association managers to its team. The new Keystone Pacific team members, all based in the firm’s Irvine office, include Kevin Burkhardt, Monica Alvarado, and Michael Gonzalez.

As a community association manager, Burkhardt will be responsible for managing a portfolio of the firm’s existing properties within Orange County. Burkhardt earned a bachelor’s degree in business finance from Arizona State University and is currently working towards obtaining the Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM®) designation through the California Association of Community Managers.

Alvarado joins the team with five years of property management experience. As a community association manager, Alvarado will be responsible for managing a portfolio of the firm’s existing properties within Orange County. Alvarado has obtained the Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM®) designation through the California Association of Community Managers.

Gonzalez’s responsibilities for Keystone Pacific will include managing a combination portfolio of the firm’s new project development and existing properties within Orange County. Gonzalez has a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in marketing from California State University Fullerton and is currently working towards obtaining the Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM®) designation through the California Association of Community Managers.
