Kennedy Wilson Announces Pricing of Common Stock Offering
International real estate investment and services firm, Kennedy-Wilson Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: KW) (“Kennedy Wilson” or the “Company”) today announced the pricing of its underwritten public offering of 7,500,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $25.55 per share. The offering is expected to close on March 27, 2015, subject to customary closing conditions. Kennedy Wilson has also granted the underwriter of the offering a 30-day option to purchase up to 1,125,000 additional shares of common stock

The company also joined forces with The LeFrak Organization to purchase a 100% equity interest in Indigo Springs, a 278-unit multifamily community in Kent, WA.

Kennedy Wilson Signs Two Major Tenants to Los Angeles Area Properties
BEVERLY HILLS, CA - December 14, 2010 - (RealEstateRama) -- International real estate investment and services firm Kennedy Wilson (NYSE: KW) today announced that the company’s retail brokerage group completed two major lease transactions in the Los Angeles area. Roger Dunn Golf signed a 12,000 square foot lease at NoHo 14 in North Hollywood and Korea-based Tom N Toms Coffee will establish its flagship U.S. location at Solair in Koreatown. Kennedy Wilson has closed over $11 million of retail leases in the past month, including Sweet Lady Jane’s new Santa Monica location, Americana at Brand’s L.A. Creamery, a new Santa Monica location for BlankSpaces and Want Agency’s Nudie Jeans showroom off of Melrose Avenue.
