Joan Frei Appointed to Southern California ICSC State Program Chair
Torrance, CA - April 10, 2012 - (RealEstateRama) -- Joan Frei, senior vice president and director of business development for Nadel Architects, has been promoted to state program chairperson for the Southern California chapter of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Frei will manage the overall annual calendar for the region, coordinating with local program and next generation chairs, as well as assisting with the development of new regional programs.
