ONTARIO, CA - November 29, 2011 - (RealEstateRama) -- CT Realty Investors Inc. (www.ctrinvestors.com) announced lease agreements today with Pacific Urethane LLC for 150,240 square feet and Precision Foam LLC for 43,492 square feet at 1671 Champagne Ave. in Ontario, Calif. Total consideration for the five-year leases is $3 million and $1 million respectively.

The Citrus Park West transaction is the second Inland Empire sale for CT Realty Investors in as many weeks.

A member of the Arnel management team since 1983, Ball has developed more than one million square feet of retail space, numerous apartment projects, hundreds of single-family homes, and nearly 500,000 square feet of office space. He has also engineered numerous investments involving land development and industrial parks on behalf of Arnel.
CT REALTY INVESTORS SELLS BUILDING AND SENIOR NOTE PORTFOLIO
ALISO VIEJO, CA - May 17, 2011 - (RealEstateRama) -- CT Realty Investors (CTRI) announced today it has completed the process of successfully selling a portfolio of office, warehouse and residential assets located throughout Southern California (Riverside County, Orange County and San Diego County), including some senior mortgage notes for a total of more than $30 million. The portfolio featured multiple residential, industrial and office properties purchased by CT Realty Investors in 2009 and 2010 through several senior loan pool acquisitions. CT Realty has been an active purchaser of distressed debt and maintains an active debt resolution business unit.
