In the webinar, Tom Prendergast, the owner of the Vereconference system listened to the entire ninety minute conference that gave revealing insights into the real estate investment world. Look for areas where the Unemployment Rate is below the National Average of 4.7% & where people’s incomes are going up, not down! Just because you do all this, doesn’t mean you won’t see property values decline, but what we are doing is showing a potential investor on how you can minimize the risk of that happening and maximize your upside.
