Ron Hanna Appointed New Assistant Manager at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Palm Desert
Palm Desert, CA – November 11, 2010 – (RealEstateRama) — Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage is pleased to announce the appointment of Ron Hanna as the new assistant manager of the Palm Desert office. With more than 40 years in the business, Hanna’s real estate experience spans over several areas of the market such as property management and new developments.

As an assistant manager, Hanna will support the agents in the office, albeit a contract issue, individual counseling and coaching and will work close with the manager to oversee operations of the office. Hanna first started his real estate career in Iowa, where he and his wife, Marge, owned their own real estate company. Hanna has been ranked as one of Coldwell Banker International President’s Premier Award winners and has received the Coldwell Banker Desert Region Image award for six years.

Hanna and his wife, Marge, are both Coldwell Banker agents and work as a team out of the Palm Desert office. While Marge specializes in major escrows, Hanna’s experience in new developments played a major role in the two settling down in the desert.
A resident of Palm Desert for the past 20 years, Hanna remains active in the community by attending fundraisers, such as the Relay For Life event held in Palm Desert in Oct. He enjoys spending time with his family, which includes 4 children, 16 grandchildren and the family pup, Sophie.
