Potential homebuyers may get the help they need to make homeownership a real possibility. Prospective homebuyers should attend this Homebuyer Expo taking place on Saturday, October 12, 2013.

“Home affordability is still at an attractive level and interest rates continue to be at a historical low, this is the perfect time to purchase a home and start investing in your future,” shared Mrs. Lori Gay, President & Chief Executive Officer of Neighborhood Housing Services of Los Angeles County. “Potential homeowners are scared to purchase a home or believe they can’t qualify for a loan, but there is hope for these homebuyers now that we have partnered with Bank of America,” said Mrs. Gay.
Homeownership creation is imperative to alleviate the impact of the economic crisis and to stabilize neighborhoods. Homebuyer education is essential to creating “neighbors of choice” and educating new homebuyers about what it takes to buy and maintain their investment for the future. NHS provides HOPE for families who dream of buying a home now that home affordability continues to be higher than in the past. Los Angeles County residents can take the first steps to the home buying process by attending this Expo.
