He has extensive experience in the appraisal and valuation of special use properties including master-planned communities, super-regional malls and auto dealerships. Prior to joining Lee & Associates Valuation, Henry was a Senior Vice President with FMV Opinions where he was responsible for business development, work flow operations and oversaw valuation and consulting assignments relating to complex high value properties and portfolio assignments.</p> <p>Johnson is a senior appraiser for the Los Angeles office of Lee & Associates Valuation with 10 years commercial real estate experience.
