Lee & Associates Ontario Brokers $3.1 Million Industrial Lease

Torrance, CA – July 13, 2011 – (RealEstateRama) — The Ontario office of Lee & Associates, one of the nation’s largest commercial brokerage firms, announces the $3.1 million lease of a 172,560-square foot industrial facility in Rancho Cucamonga, Calif.

Vince Anthony, principal/senior VP of Lee & Associates’ Ontario office, represented Rancho Logistics, LLC, which signed a 60-month lease at the property, located at 11671 Dayton Dr. The property’s landlord, Krausz RC Properties One, LLC, was represented by Voit Real Estate.

The new tenant provides logistics and warehousing services for importers that distribute youth, dining and accent furniture for retailers around the world. The company consolidated two warehouse locations in Walnut and the City of Industry into the Rancho Cucamonga warehouse.

“Rancho Logistics, LLC, was able to reduce its distribution center expense by taking advantage of the competitive lease rates available in the Inland Empire marketplace,” Anthony said. “We continue to see improving fundamentals in the 150,000-square foot and larger segment of the industrial warehouse category in the IE.”

The deal comes on the heels of Lee Ontario’s closing of a pair of substantial industrial transactions in the Inland Empire. Anthony represented the seller in the recent closing of a 235,000-square foot property at 1400 Victoria Ave., in San Bernardino for $5.7 million.
