Lee & Associates Completes $5.2 Million Industrial Sale
Torrance, CA – January 17, 2012 – (RealEstateRama) — Lee & Associates, one of the nation’s leading commercial real estate providers with regional expertise, has completed a 10-year lease for a 125,000-square-foot industrial space located at 16930 Valley View Ave. in La Mirada, Calif.
Jeff Hubbard, senior vice president/principal of the Lee Los Angeles – Central office represented the landlord, 16930, LLC. The tenant, Ahern Rentals, Inc., was represented by Chris Koceman of Delta Mobility. The 50-year-old equipment rental company, with 75 locations nationwide, plans to utilize the facility for its construction equipment rental business.
“There were 16 sale offers, but our client preferred to lease because it is so difficult to locate good replacement industrial properties in the greater Los Angeles area with decent cap rates,” said Hubbard. “And we found the ideal tenant in Ahern, who needed the large building with surplus land for its expanding equipment rental business.”
