The terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.

Located at 3050 Teagarden Street San Leandro, Calif. and situated on 11.65 acres, this 140 Door Cross Dock facility and institutional grade asset is 100 percent leased by UPS Ground Freight on a long-term basis. In addition, the property has +-8,000 square feet of office space, a +-10,000-square-foot maintenance shop and is located just off the Marina Blvd exit off Hwy 880.
The sale comes on the heels of similar Lee & Associates Oakland transactions, including the 60,000-square-foot warehouse sale at 2975 Volpey Way in Union City Calif., a 130,000-square-foot industrial lease at 860 81st Ave in Oakland, Calif., a 108,000-square-foot grocer warehouse building sale at 31056 Genstar Road in Hayward Calif., and a +-135,000-square-foot warehouse lease at 30108 Eigenbrodt Way in Union City, Calif.
