Lee & Associates Closes a $2.69 million Industrial Sale in Pomona

Mark White stated that, “this is a unique property in that there are 3 separate buildings on the site. The buyer is currently using half of the property and is leasing the other side to the seller.”

The site is centrally located in the city of Pomona in the sought after San Gabriel Valley. It is immediately located off the 57 Freeway, just south of Valley Boulevard and minutes from the 71 Freeway.
