Lee & Associates Closes $12.75 Million OC Industrial Sale

Torrance, CA – November 2, 2012 – (RealEstateRama) — Lee & Associates, one of the largest broker-owned commercial real estate firms in the country, has closed the $12.75 million sale of a 125,000-square-foot industrial building in Orange County.

Senior Vice President/Principal Tim Arguello of Lee & Associates’ Newport Beach office represented the seller, 12101 LLC. Senior Vice President Peter Castleton of Voit Real Estate Services and Senior Vice President/Partner Todd Clarke of Kidder Matthews represented the buyer, Rangar West.

“Because market activity is strong on buildings of this size range, there were multiple parties interested in leasing and/or purchasing this facility,” said Arguello.

The 6.24-acre industrial building site is located at 12101 Western Avenue in Garden Grove and features 14 dock doors, eloquently appointed offices and major street frontage. The property is centrally located in the city and is positioned close to major freeways and key Southern California airports.
