Che Thomas Cruz (dob 7/30/93) was charged today in case LA077413 with one felony count of stalking and one misdemeanor count of violation of a criminal protective order. He’s scheduled to appear this afternoon in Department 100 of the Los Angeles County Superior Court in Van Nuys.
Cruz pleaded no contest last Wednesday to one misdemeanor count of unauthorized entry of a dwelling house. He was sentenced to 45 days in county jail and ordered to stay away from Gomez and the home. Deputy District Attorney Wendy Segall said Cruz was released early Friday and was arrested at Gomez’s house again later that day after jumping a fence.
Bail was set at $150,000. If convicted of both counts, Cruz faces up to four years in state prison.
The case was investigated by the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, Lost Hills Station.
