Statement From Attorney General Becerra On Today’s Court Order On The Clean Power Plan
Today, the U.S. Court of Appeals ordered a two-month pause in the litigation challenging the Clean Power Plan (West Virginia v. EPA, et al.) and ordered further briefing on procedural matters. In effect, the Court's order asks whether the Clean Power Plan should be stayed indefinitely even without a decision from the Court.
