Director of Internal Audit Named at the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco
San Francisco, CA – November 10, 2010 – (RealEstateRama) — The Board of Directors of the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco has appointed Mark J. Watson as Senior Vice President and Director of Internal Audit.
Mr. Watson directs the Bank’s internal audit function. He has over 25 years of senior management and auditing experience in the financial services industry. He was most recently the Senior Vice President and Director of Internal Audit at Borel Private Bank & Trust Company. Prior to joining Borel Private Bank & Trust Company, Mr. Watson was the Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Charles Schwab Bank, and he was a Senior Vice President in the internal audit department at Charles Schwab & Company. He has also held positions at Bankers Trust and KPMG. Mr. Watson received a Bachelors of Accountancy degree from the University of Glasgow, Scotland. He is a Chartered Accountant.
