David Bolt Joins Lee & Associates Newport Beach as Senior Vice President/Principal

In his new role, Bolt will specialize in the lease and sale of industrial, R & D and office properties.

Bolt, a real estate veteran who is recognized for his integrity and high degree of professionalism, commenced his career in 1993. He has created long-term relationships, representing institutional ownerships, private client ownerships, developers, Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) and occupiers of real estate. He primarily concentrates his efforts in the South Orange County/John Wayne Airport (Irvine Business Complex) areas and has completed lease and sale transactions in excess of $1 billion over the last 20 years. Significant representative clients include AEW Capital Management, OneWest Bank, Motorola Solutions, Irvine Ranch Water District, GE Capital Investment Advisors, M2 Properties and Varian, Inc.
Bolt graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science in Business and completed the prestigious USC entrepreneur program.
