Colliers International Negotiates Three Industrial Leases Totaling 68,670-Square-Feet in Oxnard, Calif.
Oxnard, CA – December 14, 2010 – (RealEstateRama) — Colliers International, the second largest real estate services organization globally, has negotiated three industrial leases totaling 68,670 square feet in Oxnard Calif.
- Nava Enterprises, Inc. leased a 21,323-square-foot industrial building located at 1601 Beacon Place. The value of the five-year lease is undisclosed. John DeGrinis, SIOR, executive vice president, represented the landlord, Marcus Adams Properties, along with Patrick DuRoss, associate vice president, and Jeff Abraham, associate, all of TEAM DeGRINIS based in Colliers International’s Encino, Calif., office. Michael Wax and Doug Wax of Industrial Park Associates represented the tenant, a packager and distributor of fresh produce.
- Worldwide Plastics Company leased a 28,815-square-foot industrial building located at 2260 Camino del Sol. The value of the 38-month lease is undisclosed. DeGrinis, DuRoss and Abraham represented the tenant, a distributor of plastic containers. Grant Harris and John Ochoa, SIOR, of Lee & Associates represented landlord, Rexford Industrial, LLC.
- Nutiva, Inc. subleased 18,532 square feet of industrial space located at 2201 E. Sturgis Road, Unit B. The value of the 31-month sublease is undisclosed. DeGrinis, DuRoss and Abraham represented both the sub-tenant, a distributor of organic foods, and the sub-landlord, DHL Express (USA) Inc.
