Capps Announces $1.4 million Grant for Peoples’ Self-Help Housing

San Luis Obispo – October 30, 2013 – (RealEstateRama) — Today, Rep. Lois Capps (CA-24) announced that Peoples’ Self-Help Housing Corporation in San Luis Obispo received a U.S. Department of Agriculture Rural Development grant for $1.4 million.<span id="more-2762"></span></p> <table width="100%" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="7" border="0"> <tr bgcolor="#FFFFF1"> <td width="51%" align="center"> <h5><a href="http://www.ifossick.com/multiple-search/usa/media/US-National/Housing.html" target="_blank"><font color="#3300FF">Housing in National News</font></a></h5> </td> <td width="49%" align="center"> <h5><a href="http://www.ifossick.com/multiple-search/usa/media/Social/Housing.html" target="_blank"><font color="#D50000">Housing in Social Media</font></a></h5> </td> </tr> </table> <p>The grants are provided to qualified nonprofit organizations and public agencies that aid working-class and needy individuals and families in building homes in rural areas.
