Torrance, CA – July 25, 2011 – (RealEstateRama) — Lee & Associates, one of the largest commercial real estate firms in the country, has named Billy Snowden the newest associate of the Atlanta office.
In his new position, Snowden’s area of focus includes tenant and landlord representation throughout Atlanta and the Southeast. He specializes in the implementation of real estate strategies to create cost effective savings and in turn, increase the bottom line.

Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Snowden worked with Weaver & Woodbery Real Estate, a boutique development and investment firm. Throughout his career, he has managed a portfolio of office and industrial properties in excess of one million square feet. His experience includes oversight of lease negotiations, building relationships with tenants and control of operational budgets. Additionally, he was responsible for the financial underwriting of potential investment opportunities.
Snowden attended Georgia State University where he received his bachelor’s degree in business administration in real estate. He is currently a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and serves the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors’ Community Service Committee.
