Executive Managing Directors (QREA) Bob Thagard, John Griffin, John Harty will form the core of DTZ’s Orange County Project Leasing teams specializing on office and industrial markets. Over the course of their careers, they have completed more than 7 million square feet of leasing and sales transactions valued at more than $3.5 billion. Harty will be joined by Mike Coppin, Vice President, Greg Olson, Senior Associate, and Dyan Molina, Sr. Marketing Coordinator. Griffin’s colleague Max Wang, Senior Associate also joins to assist in service delivery.

Thagard comes to DTZ from ORION’s Irvine office and currently leads leasing and sales initiatives for 2.7 million square feet of office space. His clients include LBA Realty, Kilroy, TA Associates and Bixby Land Company.
Harty, Griffin, Coppin and Olson were previously with Voit Real Estate Services in Irvine. Harty manages leasing and sales transaction initiatives for 2.7 million square feet of rentable building area for clients that include Arden Realty/GE, AEW, Wells Real Estate, LBA Realty, Bentall Kennedy, Lincoln Property Company, Piedmont Office Realty Trust and Cigna. Griffin was one of the original members of Voit’s Irvine office and its highest producing salesperson. His clients include Menlo Equities, Panattoni and Bixby Land Company.
