The Marblehead Community Association Selects Merit for Master-Planned Property Management Services in San Clemente
Merit provides comprehensive HOA property management services for 997 homes in the Marblehead Association
Aliso Viejo, CA – November 18, 2011 – (RealEstateRama) — The Marblehead Community Association has selected Merit Property Management, a FirstService Residential Management company, to manage 997 single-family homes and condominium units in San Clemente, CA. Merit will assist the community with all its HOA property management needs.

The Marblehead community consists of seven districts of single-family homes and condominium units. Many of the homes and condominiums have ocean views. The community offers a central location close to major highways that offers residents quick access to the ocean, work, shopping and dining. Merit took over management responsibilities on September 1, 2011 and created a seamless transition for residents and board members by bringing more than 30 years of community management experience.
