Construction has Begun on Nadel Architects-Designed $11 Million Mixed-Use Project in Westwood Village
WASHINGTON, D.C. - October 16, 2013 - (RealEstateRama) -- Construction has begun on the Nadel Architects-designed, $11 million mixed-use complex on the former site of Westwood’s Mann Theatre. Currently named Lindbrook-Gayley, the four-story, 80,000-square-foot building rests in the heart of Westwood Village on a mere 16,000 square feet. When completed, Lindbrook-Gayley will consist of 34 apartments, 5,250 square feet of retail space and two subterranean parking levels. The project was approved by the West Los Angeles Planning Commission in 2012 and is tentatively scheduled for completion in the summer of 2014

Nadel Architects-Designed Mixed-Use Project in Laguna Hills Approved
Torrance, CA - July 2, 2013 - (RealEstateRama) -- The entitlement package for Nadel Architects to redesign six buildings for Oakbrook Village, a 1980s-built shopping center owned by Fritz Duda Company, was approved by the city of Laguna Hills. The shopping center is located at 24391 Avenida De La Carlota in Laguna Hills, Calif. Retail renovation and expansion designs by Nadel Architects will transform the center into a high-end, mixed-use leisure destination for local shoppers. The $80-90 million project is an integral part of the City of Laguna Hills Urban Village Specific Plan.
