Straub C.W. Driver Joint Venture Wins $46 Million Project at Camp Pendleton

Torrance, CA - December 12, 2011 - (RealEstateRama) -- Following a joint venture established just under a year ago, San Diego-based general contractors Straub Construction and C.W. Driver have been awarded a $46.5 million contract for the design and construction of six new facilities, renovation of existing facilities, and infrastructure and site improvements to support the Truck Company Operations in the Margarita (33) Area of Camp Pendleton. Joining C.W. Driver and Straub Construction on the design-build project team are San Diego-based architectural firms RJC Architects and Gensler Architects. The expected date of completion of the Truck Company Complex is scheduled for September 2013.
