Rich Fleischer Appointed New Relocation Manager for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Southern California
Mission Viejo, CA – November 23, 2010 – (RealEstateRama) — Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Orange County is pleased to announce the appointment of its new relocation manager, Rich Fleischer. Since joining Coldwell Banker Southern California in September, Fleischer has been charged with managing relocation services throughout Orange, Los Angeles, Ventura, Santa Barbara and San Diego Counties. Fleischer manages a staff of twelve relocation professionals who assist corporations, relocation companies and brokers who are relocating families into and out of California and around the world.
Fleischer began his career in retail banking with a regional savings bank, where he was part of its management development program. As assistant branch manager, Fleischer was responsible for staff management, branch operations and product sales. Fleischer then came to Coldwell Banker in 2003 as a senior loan officer for Coldwell Banker New England’s Mortgage Division, NE Moves Mortgage, where he originated home mortgages for their relocation division and Downtown Boston offices.

Before his transition to Coldwell Banker Southern California, Fleischer successfully held the position of Relocation Consultant within Coldwell Banker New England’s Relocation Department from 2007 to 2010.
In 2004, Fleischer received the Fast Start Award, which recognized his high level of loan production and customer service. Through Fleischer’s persistence and sales skills, he achieved 25% usage rate of the mortgage program in a large prominent branch office up from 9% in his first year.
Fleischer is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University where he received his bachelor’s degree in economics.
