January 24, 2012 – (RealEstateRama) — Rick Foss sold a 34,768 SF industrial building at 78 E. Gray Road in Scottsdale for $3 million. Kyle Westfall of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, Rick Foss represented the buyer.
Stacie Harrison and George Long represented the Episcopal Diocese of Arizona in the purchase of a $700,000, 12,269 SF condominium shell building located at the SE corner of Williams & Miller roads in Scottsdale. Sorenson Group Management of Salt Lake City was the seller. Brian Bridgman of Capital Asset Management represented Sorenson.
Brokers Jeff Hays and Chad Neppl represented both buyer and seller on a 20,368 SF industrial property at 3121 W Weldon in Phoenix for $315,000. The buyer was Doug Oen of Phoenix and the seller was California Bank & Trust of City of Industry, CA.
Lease Transactions:
Chris Gerow, Shelby Tworek and Gabe Ortega negotiated a 10-year, 2,700 SF lease for Habit Restaurants of Irvine, CA located at 534 W McDowell Road in Phoenix. Chris Hollenbeck of Cassidy Turley represented the landlord, L&G McDowell LLC of Tempe.
Mark Wilcke negotiated the 3-year lease of 10,500 SF of retail space at 2318 N. Scottsdale Road in Scottsdale on behalf of the landlord, Arachinida Commercial Limited Partnership in Tempe. The tenant is Brulin Enterprises LLC of Scottsdale.
Peggy Johnson and Leslie Zavos represented Guardian 8 Corporation of Scottsdale for the 2-year lease for 1,789 SF of office space at 15230 N. 75th Street in Scottsdale. Jim Lieberthal of Cutler Commercial represented Echo Executive Park LLC of Scottsdale.
Peggy Johnson and Leslie Zavos brokered a 2-year office lease of 572 SF at Camelot Square, 1130 E. Missouri Avenue in Phoenix on behalf of the landlord, Alice Avenue LLC. The tenant is Gigi’s Mind, Body & Soul.
