The building had +-2500SF office area, 16ft clear height, outside storage and drive in loading. The Seller (Wells Fargo Bank) was represented by Craig Hagglund and Brian Barden of Lee & Associates Oakland Office, and the Buyer was represented by Brian Barden and Neil Cowperthwaite of Lee & Associates Oakland Office
NGY Stone Inc, a Southern California based company, leased a +-50,000SF warehouse facility located at 2955 Merced Street San Leandro CA. This is will be the first Bay Area location for the home improvement company. The freestanding building ha, 18ft clear height, dock and drive in loading, outside storage, as well as good signage and visibility along Merced Street. Doug Pearson, Chris Schofield and Craig Hagglund of Lee & Associates Oakland Office represented the building owner (Balco Property) in this transaction. Eddie Shuai of Cassidy Turley represented the tenant.
Bond Black Top, formerly of Union City, leased a +-16,000SF industrial bldg at 27601 Industrial Blvd, Hayward CA. The building has a large fenced yard area and drive in loading. The building ownership was represented by Ryan Martens, Jesse Lucas, and Craig Hagglund of Lee & Associates Oakland Office represented the building owner, while the tenant was represented by Paul Mueller of Cornish and Carey Hayward.
