Public Invited to Attend Presentation and Tour of Olive Court Condominiums

April 23, 2010 – (RealEstateRama) — The Long Beach Housing Development Company, together with Councilman Dee Andrews and Long Beach Weed & Seed, invite the public to learn about a new homeownership opportunity at Olive Court on Saturday, April 24 from 9:00 to 11:00 am at Renaissance Square/Union Bank Building; 1900 Atlantic Ave.

Olive Court is located at 1880 Long Beach Blvd., and offers one-, two- and three-bedroom condominiums up to 1,565 square feet with an energy efficient design and appliances to reduce utility costs.

Information will be available regarding special tax savings, special pricing, and second mortgage assistance being offered at Olive Court. Operation Hope, a leading provider of economic tools and services, will provide tips on becoming a first-time homebuyer. Tours of Olive Court are being offered after the presentation. Those who sign up for a tour will be eligible to win a free iPod.
