Prior to joining Pircher, Nichols & Meeks in a full-time capacity, Hyun was a summer associate with the firm, where he assisted with real estate transactional and litigation matters, including providing due diligence services for retail transactions and facilitating in the acquisition of office space for clients. Hyun also spent time as a legal intern with the housing division at the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office. Among other projects at the City Attorney’s Office, Hyun supported in-house counsel with transactional matters for the Los Angeles Affordable Housing Trust Fund. He also worked as a portfolio manager and assistant vice president at Jamison Services Inc., where he gained valuable due diligence and negotiating experience.

Hyun earned his J.D. in May 2013 from the University of Southern California (USC) Gould School of Law. He completed his Master of Real Estate Development degree in 2010 from USC; and earned his bachelor’s degree from the USC Marshall School of Business for business administration and finance in 2004.
