April 13, 2009 – (RealEstateRama) — The owner of the property located at 6400 Loynes Drive has received an emergency permit issued by the California Coastal Commission (CCC), which authorizes the import of 1,000 cubic yards of dirt to cap any exposed landfill property, per orders to comply from the California Integrated Waste Management Board and the South Coast Air Quality Management District.

Based on the CCC permit, Long Beach Development Services issued a grading permit for the owner, Sean Hitchcock, to place 1,000 cubic yards of dirt on the site.

Mr. Hitchcock said he will start the work on Monday, April 13, and should be finished by the end of the week. A City Inspector will monitor the work to ensure the work in compliance with all applicable regulations.
