Both tenants are currently under construction and slated for openings in late 2013.</p> <p>In addition, Cinemark, the third largest theater operator in the country, acquired Rave Cinemas and will continue operating and enhancing this premier movie theater.</p> <p>“The theater is one of the first to offer upscale, first-run movie viewing with modern dining and beverage services in a family-friendly environment.
